Red + White Series

Red and white is a classic color combination in quilt making. History says it’s because of the colorfastness of Turkey red dye but that’s not why I made these little compositions.
(Found cotton fabric, cotton batting and wool felt. Hand embroidered and quilted with cotton floss.)
