Framed Collage Quilt Series

I had so much fun making these little collages. I love combining existing fragments of collected objects into little dioramas. Then adding new layers of embroidered elements and then stitching everything down so they can all hang out together.

(Vintage ribbon and lace, cutter quilt, old flour sack, cotton fabric, pleated shirt, cotton floss, wood frame. Hand embroidered, hand quilted and framed.)
